Red Sonja Plagio

A famous and respected artist repainted one of my paintings and said it was his. Here the proof. He posted 2 versions, and in both you can clearly see the same strokes I painted! I'd recognize my strokes anywhere. I can't believe he did this.
After I told him how similar they were, he just went: Oh! How strange! But instead of recognizing he cheated, he just repainted it more and submitted a new version (he changed the sky this time, but forgot some other very telling details, like the one in the piece of cloth.) I'D RECOGNIZE MY PAINTING ANYWHERE! Those strokes are mine. 
I didn't know what to do, so I sent him a note asking him why he did this. I tried to be elegant about it, but he won't answer me, and certainly won't eliminate the deviation. In his facebook he has the repainted versions too. It's so enfuriating!
